These Terms and Conditions of Purchase (the “Terms”) govern the purchase of products offered through the website tecniumpumps.com (the “Website”). By placing an order, the customer (“Customer”) accepts these Terms in full.

2. Products

The Website offers industrial pumps and related equipment. Product descriptions, technical specifications and images are provided for guidance only. Given the technical nature of the products, we recommend confirming suitability for your application with our technical team before placing an order.

We reserve the right to modify the product range at any time. Availability is subject to stock and, where applicable, to manufacturing lead times.

3. Prices

All prices are shown in euros (€). Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include VAT, shipping, insurance or any other applicable taxes or duties, which will be added and detailed before the order is confirmed.

Prices are valid at the time the order is placed. We reserve the right to update prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Ordering process

To place an order, the Customer must select the desired products and submit the order request through the Website or by contacting us directly. Once we receive the request, we will send an order confirmation including the total amount, applicable taxes, shipping costs, estimated delivery time and payment instructions.

The purchase contract is only considered formalised once we have confirmed the order and received full payment.

5. Payment – bank transfer only

Payment for all orders is made exclusively by bank transfer. No other payment methods (credit/debit card, PayPal, cash on delivery, etc.) are accepted.

Once your order is confirmed, please make the transfer to the following account:

Please note the following:

  • Include your order number as the payment reference so we can identify your payment.
  • Payment must be received in full before the order is processed and dispatched.
  • All bank charges and fees related to the transfer are to be borne by the Customer.
  • If we do not receive payment within 7 calendar days of the order confirmation, the order may be cancelled and the reserved stock released.
  • Orders are only processed once the funds have been credited to our account. Bank transfers may take several business days to clear, especially for international payments.

6. Invoicing

An invoice will be issued for every order and sent to the Customer by email. Please make sure the billing details provided at the time of ordering are correct and complete.

7. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times and shipping costs will be confirmed in the order confirmation and depend on the destination, the products ordered and stock availability. Delivery periods begin once payment has been received in full.

Any delivery dates provided are estimates and are not binding. We will not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Cancellations and returns

Order cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to tecnium@tecnium.es. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, or where products are manufactured or supplied to specific customer requirements, cancellation may not be possible.

Given the industrial and often made-to-order nature of the products, returns are accepted only by prior written agreement and subject to inspection. Custom-manufactured items are non-returnable.

9. Warranty

Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects, in accordance with applicable legislation. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, unsuitable applications or normal wear and tear.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from a purchase shall be subject to the courts and tribunals legally competent under the applicable regulations.
