4. Cookies this website does NOT use
As at the date of the last update of this policy, tecniumpumps.com does not use analytics, advertising, profiling, social media or order-attribution cookies, and does not embed third-party content. In particular, neither Google Analytics nor any other measurement tool is used, and the WooCommerce order attribution feature (sbjs_* cookies) is disabled. Should any non-technical cookie be added in the future, it will be blocked until the user expressly accepts it through the consent manager.
5. Legal basis and consent management
Technical or strictly necessary cookies are placed under Article 22.2 of Spanish Act 34/2002 (LSSI-CE), as they are essential to provide the service requested by the user. Any other cookie requires the user’s prior, free, specific and informed consent.
On the first visit, a cookie notice is displayed with two equally prominent options, Accept and Deny, plus access to View preferences, where each category can be accepted or rejected separately. Until the user accepts, no cookie other than technical ones is placed. Rejection is effective and immediate and does not prevent browsing.
The user may change or withdraw consent at any time from the permanent cookie settings link available on every page, or here:
6. How to block or delete cookies from your browser
In addition to the consent manager, users can configure their browser to block or delete cookies already stored. Please note that blocking technical cookies may prevent the shop from working properly:
7. Updates
This cookies policy may be amended when the cookies used by the site or the applicable legislation change. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
